Reason for return

Our return policy:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just let us know by email, in writing or by phone within 30 days from the date you purchased your order. We will be glad to refund the purchase price, less 15%. We do not accept returns after 30 days of your purchase, at that time the terms of our manufacturer's warranty applies.
  • Please note, for all reasons other than merchandise defect, the standard return policy stated herein applies. In order to be eligible for return or exchange, all returned products must be in original and unused condition; this includes original packaging material, manuals and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer. All return must be placed in a secure sealed corrugated carton for return shipment to us.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the items back to the manufacturer. Original shipping costs the shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Any damage or any missing items noticed upon receipt should be reported to us promptly and the item will be replaced at our expense.
  • To return a product, you will need to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number, you may contact us via email or phone call. Write the RMA number on the outside of the carton. (RMA 1234) Once an RMA number is issued, we ask that the sender provides return tracking information.
  • Returns made without an RMA number will not be accepted and will render your return ineligible for refund.
