Please determine if you purchased the correct model net for your trampoline, if you have a top ring enclosure system on your trampoline there is a special net for that, same goes if you have arches on top of trampoline. There are also 2 diff type of standard nets, one installs on the Inside of the trampoline, with loops and pole caps, and the other is an outside type of net, that installs on the outside of the trampoline with sleeves that slide over the poles.

All replacement parts are determined by the size of the frame, if you have a 12 ft frame you will need to order a 12 ft mat, (although the actual mat will not measure 12 ft).
Our mat works for trampolines with straight numbers, for ex, 12 ft, 13 ft,14 ft etc... we don't carry mats for trampolines that do not measure an even number. We would suggest you contact the manufacturer of your trampoline for a replacement.
Either taking down the enclosure poles and the net and putting it flat on the trampoline and covering it with a weather cover. Or completely disassemble the trampoline and re-assemble when nicer weather starts.
