It is our ultimate goal to serve many happy customers.

Below you’ll find our warranty terms & conditions and information on how to file a claim in the event that a part is defective.

Jumping mats

We will replace the defective part within one year from the date of purchase.

Premium Pads

Premium Pads Supplied with All Trampolines

We will replace the defective part within six months from the date of purchase.

Metal parts

  • Frame Parts
  • Structure Items
  • Frame Hardware
  • Springs

We will replace the defective part within one year from the date of purchase.

All other products

  • Super Trampoline Pads
  • Weather Cover
  • PVC Parts
  • Enclosure Nets
  • Foam Sleeves

We will replace the defective part within ninety days from the date of purchase.


How to file a warranty claim

In order to file a claim and receive a prompt response, please provide us with the following information : a copy of the receipt from the store where you purchased your Upper Bounce trampoline and photo of the damage if applicable.

The warranty does not cover parts that show abuse or damage by wind, snow, weight overload or general neglect of maintenance.

If you made an error while purchasing your trampoline, such as placing an order for the wrong size or part, we will gladly make an exchange. However, you will be responsible for any shipping charges required for the exchange.

Missing or broken parts

We make every effort to ensure that we ship our products in perfect condition. In the event that you receive your trampoline with any of the parts missing, broken or bent, or if there are holes in the net or mat, please contact customer service for immediate replacement at no cost to the customer.
